The Lake Orion Homecoming game was a difficult piece to construct due to a severe loss for the Dragons. To overcome the challenge, I wrote from a well thought out angle to avoid any negativity from the loss. The story focused on how the Homecoming game attracts alumni and traditions to our home turf. 

Keep Your Eyes Open

On short notice, I was asked to write the personality profile on Principal Hawley due to a lack of staff and a quickly approaching deadline. The challenge to create an engaging and time-efficient story turned into a success. The story has surprising insight on Principal Hawley's past and provides a significant message to the student body.
